I’ll do that it doesn’t show you how to hook on the tester. Is there a diagram that shows that. Also could I use the same compression tester I used to do a compression test on the cylinders or do I need a fuel compression tester?should I do this on a empty tank or with gas?

Also do you think this could contribute to the problem. When I removed the banjo bolt from the fuel pump it was missing the washers.

Most likely not, would just cause leaks. Need to use fuel-pressure tester.

Sudden death, could be from fuel-starvation. The built-in filtre sucks since there's no way to replace it once it's clogged.

Many people have bypassed with their own filtre.

today I tried to start it.It would either just crank or start for a sec or two and turn off I opened the gas cap and it started up idled rough or turned off but I was able to rev it sometimes.I always break down after riding for 10 miles or so I broke down in the same area I did last time.I will be getting a fuel pressure kit today and attempting to do the test.By change do you know the compression tester fitting size that goes on the fuel rail.I tired looking for better instruction on how to do the test but couldn’t find any.

if it's banjo bolt; it's probably 10x1mm? You can use Autozone's free rental programme. Just put down deposit and get it all back when you return. Comes with variety if fittings

the autozone kit didn’t have it.Size was like a m6 but I think I found the problem I took the fuel pump out again and the fuel regulator was out of the housing it wasn’t fully out but wasn’t flush with the housing I pushed it in and flush and the bike started right up and ran great I took it for a spin and it broke down again luckily it wasn’t too far from my house so I had a buddy pick me up went Home and got a tool set and took the pump out and the regulator was out of the housing again.Pushed it in and rode great it did break down again but I was able to push it home. Not sure would would cause the regulator to keep coming out like that.By the way I did replace the fuel pump on this but couldn’t get the new regulator to go in flush so I didn’t change the regulator.Do you think the rubber gasket around the fuel regulator is bad?Any advice?

Which part slips out? Where regulator goes into that plastic piece at bottom?

That O-ring may have shrunk and no longer grips. But that's the low-pressure exit side of regulator.

Inlet high-pressure side should have clips holding it onto filter-section.

I think the o-ring is the issue when I was changing the fuel pump I was using electric connector cleaner that was all I had at the time.So I think that caused it to shrink.

DO FLOW TEST!!! You may have clogged fuel-filtre, which is causing excessive pressure, which is why FPR is blowing off!!!
That was what you should've done LONG TIME AGO and those numbers would've pointed us in correct direction to fix!
Numbers should actually be about double what's shown above, because there's error. They used CBR600RR's numbers in 1K's manual. Probably copy & paste error.

I tried to do a flow test but the fuel pressure kit didn’t have the right size.

Here’s a picture of the bolt where the fuel pressure kit connect to.
