2007 Honda cbr stop running while riding and smoke coming from exhaust
Hey Danny,
I did replace the whole pump assembly... Only thing I used from the previous pump was the strainer. There was no rust in the tank and I've cleaned up the fuel tank breather holes(if that's what they're called).

I will do try the pump-flow test hopefully tonight after work.
I will have to find a pressure tester that will fit the rail.
And I will do the voltage test today too... I'll let you know how it goes tonight or tomorrow.
Thanks for the fast replies dannoxyz.

I’ve been trying to line up the holes but when I jack it up from the oil pan the whole big comes up but the bolt still won’t go in.
I was told I have to loosen all the engine bolts to align the hole whoever I jack it up from the bottom oil pan the rear comes almost off the stand.Any ideas what I should try.I can see the hole isn’t really aligned.I can turn the bolt on a little before it gets tight.
Also, another question regarding the voltage check at injectors.. With the key on, should the bike be receiving voltage in one of the connector pins?
I put on the bike, and held a test light to each connector and it didn't turn on, even when I was turning over the bike.

Yup - they are ground switched. One of the legs going to the injector should be 12v - according to this diagram anyway - you should be able to trace where the 12v is stopping. Engine stop relay is the most obvious place to start.
