Dude you are literally there looking at the bike - if the engine is not moving up then something is stopping it - is it hitting something, is there a bolt somewhere? Have you tried sitting on it?

Don't try forcing bolt in! Shine strong flashlight in and verify threads are perfectly centred in hole.

If this is one of front holes, yeah removing set of rear ones would help engine "swing" up & down better. Keep engine jacked up, then remove upper rear bolts. Then loosen rear lower bokts. Jack engine up/down until front bolt holes line up. Install bolt loosely about 5-turns. Then re-install rear bolts 5-turns, then finish fronts & rears.

Hey dannoxyz, Thanks again for the fast replies... I really appreciate it. It's made me be more productive and actually want to work on the bike.

The no voltage at the injectors was me being stupid and forgetting to plug in the Tip Over sensor.

Did the pump-flow test and it came out to be about .5L during the 10sec test. Which calculates to 16.907 US oz, way higher than the 6.4 US oz minimum.. I haven't done the pressure test yet, as I don't have the right tools at the moment.

will try this tomorrow looks like the rear bolts will require a special tool.

Hey Haris, interesting how this sounds the exact same as mine. I'll be pulling the fuel pump system out today and giving it a check over. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again for the reply. I appreciate it.

So I pulled the pump assembly and looked at it... Everything looked intact and fine. I think I am going to bypass the filter part completely though, just to give myself reassurance. Could you recommend me a fuel filter to use? Preferable from Amazon Canada or Fortnine.

As for the symptoms... the bike literally doesn't start unless I spray start fluid into the intake. I'm going to double check my spark plugs, and lines. Couple of frayed lines on my injectors, so I'm going to replace those.

Hopefully I can figure out something this week... I haven't been on the bike in a couple of years.

I was able to get one bolt in the other one goes in side ways.I think the threads are damaged from me trying before.Any idea what I should try?

I still have the threads chaser kit I’ll try it but I think the threads are too damaged for it to work if I’m not mistaken the size is m12x1.5

Yes, make sure threads are centred in outer-hole 1st. Then thread-chaser should be able to go straight in.
