I was able to chase it out until the chaser couldn’t fit pass the frame. The last few threads couldn’t be chased I ran the bolt in a few times and looks like the threads are good.Do you recommend putting anti seize or locktight on the bolt.Unfortunately I have to remove the frame sliders every time I remove the side fairings but will be using a jack from now on.I feel like the miles have been going up really quick maybe I’m riding it a lot could it possibly be the rear sprocket it isn’t Oem.Any recommended maintenance/preventive maintenance.

I can proudly say I have put 1000 miles since it last broke down.Really want to thank all you guys for the help really couldn’t do it without you guys.Currently fixing the small issues the bike has.I also found out why the low fuel light wasn’t working.a cable thermal connector came off.I couldn’t get it back on there so I put a new one there after I installed it I realized that there is a plastic sleeve around it.Will it deteriorate in the gas.

Hopefully you soldered terminal onto wire. Better to use adhesive heat-shrink tubing for insulation, but those blue things should be OK.

I don't have any experience with adhesive heat shrink, but with it immersed in fuel all the time, I'd be concerned with it (the adhesive) dissolving in the fuel. Might not be a lot, but do you want to risk it in your injectors?

Thoughts?

I haven't had any issues. But suppose it may vary by brand. I suppose there could be different scenarios depending upon how much it dissolves:

1. it dissolves completely. In which case, it won't clog injectors

2. it dissolves partially and comes out in chunks. In which case, it should be large enough to be trapped by filtre. If finer than that, it should pass through injectors without causing clogs.

Ok, no adhesive heat-shrink just to be safe!

today something weird happen after a great 2200 miles the bike broke down again. It was running great yesterday.Today I removed the rear wheel to get it balanced the wheel wait flew off. After a reinstalled the wheel I started the bike and let it warm up on the rear stand. It started up fine when it came to 135 degrees I turned it off to take it off the stand to take it for a spin. After off the stand it didn’t want to stay running and the lights were were flickering.after putting it back on the stand it did look like it wanted to run longer but still stalled within 20 seconds of it being running.Any ideas what could be wrong.

Dead battery.

Honda's don't charge when they are idling, so letting a bike idle for a while depletes the battery.
