What have you done to your CBR 1000f today?

Aldi had some motorcycle gear on sale here last week and it sold so quick I missed out. They got some more stock in though and today I picked up a front/rear stand for $49 bux. Their stuff is cheap but top quality for what you pay. I paid $130 for an Oxford rear stand a few years back but sold it. This one looks better built and can be used for front or rear.
ALDI - special buys from thurs 11 aug - hurry, limited stocks in store*

Cleaned the connection on the temp sensor and that fixed the fan. Phew finally an easy fix. I also ran more water (50/50 with alcohol) mix and tranny fluid through the engine (what a cool smoke show! neighbors hate me ). Oil change in a few days and put the coil sticks in and I should be set for awhile mechanically that is. W00ps not really gotta tighten chain. almost forgot that.

Mirror extensions.
Got a mate to knock me a couple of mirror extensions up from black nylon, They are 25mill thick but he made a small mistake and got 2 bolts slightly out. Made a huge difference to rear view but ive since removed them until i get some longer bolts as the ones i used where only going in by about 3 mill.

Throttle cable - lube
Given Wizzle's recent problem with replacement of throttle cable, it gave me the motivation to do preventative maintenance. Adjust throttle cables and lubricate with Teflon spray. (down both cables whilst working the throttle and then between twist grip and bar.) Good preventative maintenance and smoother now with quicker return.
[Also good in the key locks - ignition & seat]

plugs - gap too small
coolant - flushed & changed
battery topped up and on trickle charge
lubed cables
cleaned inside r/h bar mount
changed clutch fluid
adjusted suspension to account for potholes and speed humps around here
adjusted chain - new one soon me thinks
wash & polish
ready to be abused/ridden tomorrow out in the valley

Honed my cage skills yesterday on Avenue De La Grand Armee - 5 lanes each direction
me in a Benz B Class trying to make sure none of the two wheeled professional French
Lane Splitters tore up the side of the rental.
Man those Dudes are nuggin futz the way they go about business on two wheels over
there
Lane splitting is the norm a complete part of the whole experience lol
Ducati Store was great this morning before I left - wish you were there Seb --- lol
