new helmet , exo 500 has nice cutouts for them, hope it's not a case of
having to move my ears
My new 3 D Bars are just a bit longer too so the remote won't take up any
extra bar space I hope

Real world , job , family etc. etc. been getting in the way - have not gotten
to finishing them yet. ----> someday soon when the wife quits giving me
major projects to do !
Started both bikes up yesterday and since it was a balmy 50 degrees here
went for a nice ride

I listed mine for sale
Shes been a very good ride - reliable, fast, comfortable and fun... but I was offered a ride I've always wanted for a price I couldn't refuse. My two bike policy dictates that one of my current ones goes... and after many sleepless nights I decided it had to be the Thou.
Sorry mate, I'll always remember you and the good times we had.
Cheers -- boingk

New silicone hoses and other bits
Had CBR1000f sc24 for a month now and have done some work already. Came as a streetfighter with no fairings etc.
So far have repaired the number 4 intake stub for carb to fit on on head, some previous owner had broken about a third of it off. Used a cut ally collar slightly larger than hole then used epoxy putty to seal in and shape so inlet rubber would seal on.
Bought another airbox and came with virtually new airfilter.
Replaced the the switch gear both sides with earlier stuff which has red lettering on as original was all faded. Had to rewire the clutch side but is fine now with a new choke cable
Bought nice shortened Yoshi silencer and link pipe, blocked off left side of collector box.
New Iridium plugs
CBR1000RR stick coils and wiring fitted and working.
Today fitted some nice blue silicone hoses to replace the old. Got the old girl running last week and sounds awesome Determined not take 3 1/2 years for this project but was a learning curve. Rebuilt a GPZ900R with a triumph Daytona seat unit but thats a different story
Now I think about not bad for about a month lot more to come, Will upload photos but have a bit of trouble doing so
