They should be fine. Just follow the wiring diagram early in this thread and away you go

Any problems or more clarification needed just post.

I just ordered 8 of these from Shadetree Power Sports on closeout for $3.25 each, available here:

Can't beat that with a stick! Or a coil. Or something....

Got my stick coils and harness a couple days ago. I think I'll have to take tomorrow off to build that harness and get them installed.

Yeah, I know. I rock.

Seriously, it seemed too good to be true so I didn't post anything about it until the order was processes and shipped. I hate getting "We're sorry, but we don't really have any more of those left..." emails. Now I can spread the Splitfire love.

They should be fine - but do read through the thread to make sure the length of the coils are ok. Some were about 15mm longer and stuck up from the cam cover.

I was just looking on ebay and saw them at a great price, but also saw some 08-12 cbr1000rr coils and might just pay a lil extra for somthing that will definately work. Thanks all!!! I cant wait to do this mod.

I've got my harness made up and I just need to decide how I'm going to connect it to the factory loom.
I had an old set of coils with the factory pig tail still on them and I was planning on using it but I can't find them!
I was also going to cut the seals off the old set so I could keep my stock set intact.
