Thanks Sprock, that item does not even come up on my ebay, must be different, us only ebay I reckon, seller says US and Canada only don't even ask for o/s shipping! Friendly bunch over there no wonder Nth Korea wants to blow them up, prolly had the same trouble as me, he he
I will just have to keep looking, putting 'ignition' in instead of 'stick' brings up more results.

jarvid - I'm pretty sure folks have gotten US members to send over units, they're plentiful around here for whatever reason. I don't know how much it would cost me to ship to Australia for you but you may find it's the same price as buying yourself, I don't know. Worth a shot if you find some you like though. Can't hurt to look.
also I just searched "cbr1000 coils"

Thanks for the info. I see if you try different combos in the search field quite a few different ones come up as in just... cbr coils. I am starting to find a few cheaper ones, crikey some of them are expensive!

Yeah, sounds like the selection sucks for you. Mine were cheap even for the US though, I just kept hunting for a few days. I think coils were $25 and the same year loom was $15, all free shipping too. If you get a quote from Chicago to Australia let me know. It may be worth it.

Thanks for the offer but I should be able to get some locally eventually for the right price.

I think I have another set lying about. Pretty sure I saw them the other day, but no loom.

I think the first set came sans loom and then I got two complete sets from the one place .... and I forgot I had the originals. You never know what I might find in that shed - usually when I'm looking for something totally different.

Yep, last few mornings have been ... crisp.
