No, he def shouldnt get the death penalty. Nor should he get 38 years (lil excesive for just bein a dumb kid dont ya think?). Personally, i think that the whole state of cali needs to finally have that "Big One" they keep talking bout coming and rip that state away from the rest of the US so they can be all to themselves...but thats prolly just me. Like shadow said, just needs to get a lil *** beatin to straightin himself out.

u did the right thing. if they take the oath to protect & serve, they should have to back it up, on or off duty.

 

That is so true. Kind of a paradox considering that law and justice comes from man.
