So...
I was sitting on a bench in the park today and spotted this absolutely gorgeous blonde running towards me.
You know how it is. Sometimes everything just aligns perfectly.
Our eyes met, the sparks flew, she dropped to the ground at my feet and we made love right there and then.
Call me a hopeless old romantic if you want; but sometimes I think that buying my own Taser was the best money I ever spent.

Round here the sport of choice is ice hockey, in fact Finland is one of the countries dominating the world cup almost every year. Almost and one of meaning the basic layout goes that the last pair up against each other is Finland and Sweden. Then we take bets how bad Sweden is going to wipe the ice with us this time... Last year we actually won, the last time was `95... The relationship between us is like Donald Duck and Gladstone Gander, or a little brother and the big brother, almost feels anything we do, they have either already done or do better, but intentionally just a bit so it would aggravate us the maximum amount... I personally have a pretty close bond to the Finnish ice hockey scene cause my dad`s cousin has couched the Helsinki Jokers for twenty some years and I have had the chance to meet some names you might recognise like Teemu Selänne, Saku Koivu, Otakar Janecky etc etc... I could go on for pages but I guess only the bravest read even this through...

Yup, That`s Pasi "Nupe" Nurminen allright He`s actually from Lahti where I work, He has been a goalie for the Helsinki Jokers for 1999-2002 before moving into the Atlanta Trashers, before a knee injury at 2005 ended his playing career, nowadays he`s a part owner of the Lahti Pelicans and acts as a goalie coach for them as well as the winning team of 2011. The footage is from their homecoming after the win and sadly represents the Finnish habit of getting absolutely sh**faced upon a great achievement...
