How far down was the motor? Could one of the pickups be damaged or something? I've heard of stuff like that happening.
The cylinder head was off, I put everything back together according to the manual. That would be nice. Is the 929 ECM the same as the 954.

So I guess the next step is 2 get the bottom part of the ignition switch, IPG sensor, and a new battery. That will rule out several critical parts to the ignition system. There is also a resistor that I am also going to get as well that is by the 3 relays.

Are you talking about the clutch diode?

Is this bike a US bike originally?

Would a jacked up frayed and falling apart neutral switch cause all of this. The neutral switch was frayed and basically fell apart when I took it off. The green plug that goes to the shifter is what I am talking about. The plug that plugs into the shifter is what was damaged.

I think that a bad neutral switch circuit would cause a "no crank" condition.

Needs to be fixed anyway, so it's worth a try.

It was actually the stand switch. I fixed it and still nothing. Would a no spark have anything to do with how the head and cams were reinstalled. I followed the manual and I am pretty sure I put it back together properly. It is really just something that I have been thinking about.

You should still have spark, unless the exciters for the cam or crank sensors are messed up or missing.

Other than that.....?????
