No spark= Unhappy
So after talking to Honda HQ they told me that my "frame" was originally listed in Dalton, Georgia and now it is in Ohio with a different engine. I lost the previous owners phone number and I am not driving 2 hours for more information. I am going to move past all of this and rebuild my engine and do all of my other mods and enjoy the bike starting this spring.
So long as it's not stolen - I wouldn't be worried.

How do you like the Buell, I have thought about getting a 12R if I can find one for a good price.
The title states how many miles that were on the bike when the bike was sold. But, since it is a one owner bike he could have easily changed the cluster before selling it to me. You are right this bike could have 40,000 miles on it for all I know and it does seem like it would have more miles on it than 10,140 miles. But now that I have switched the title over to my name it reads 10,140 so either way I can still sell it as a low mileage bike and nobody would no the difference. But, in my case the bike is going to be better than from the factory when I am all done with it so it would be believable that it has low miles for being a 2002, but I am not selling any time soon if ever.
Whit that rebuild your doing it doesn't matter what the mileage was like Conrice said. And the cylinders will be probably in better shape after 50000 miles then they were 1000 miles driven in the stock bike and you will probably still make little hp over the stock bike. I did little internet research when i disambled mine about the alusil and they have seen cylinders in same shape on the SC-57 track bikes in the first rebuild at about 1000-2000 miles.
Honestly, it's the most fun bike I've ever owned. It's a 9 - so it's pretty slow. In fact, it's really slow, but it handles better than any bike I've ever owned. It sounds good, and although the motor is slow, the way the power is delivered is awesome. It's surprisingly comfortable,too. If you have the chance to ride one, definitely do it.

I definently will if I get the chance. So is the 12 any real big difference in quickness? I like the sound they produce, pretty much what you would expect from Harley. It's glad to hear that because I am interested for a secondary bike or commuter or a new Ninja 300, something my wife can also ride.
As much of a power junkie that I am - I love the motor. It's so slow, but it's a strong motor. You can feel the torque for sure. And the power delivery of the 45degree twin is cool.
My wife did ride the bike for a while - and she loved it. Granted, she has some riding experience, but not a ton. she's 5'5 and she can handle the size just fine. It's a lot narrower than any i4. If you look at the specs - it weighs more than a 954, but I swear it's easier to control. They hid the weight perfectly. The weight is all in the motor and transmission.
It's easy bud. You'll see those 2 circled parts on the upper side of the headlights. You go to AutoZone and pick up 2 turn signal lights (I think I used Ford blinkers) with a incandescent bulb. Drill holes to fit those bulbs in the circled area, then wire them into the system and you're done.

What type of socket fits in that space or can you still get the euro ones?
If someone has a part number for the sockets that would be helpful also?
Do you know where someone has a DIY that I can look at?
I sold my headlight due to a large scratch and haziness of the lens. I have a brand new headlight on the way and the holes are already drilled. I saw a DIY but forgot where I found it. What is the name of this mod and maybe I can find it again.
