sorry guys. had some things come up with the family. but ill get you a whole bunch tomorrow. I like a lot of things about it but its got a few things im gonna change

 

once again im gonna upload all the pics then ill start picking them apart and explaing the process later. ill explain the dyno sheet too. its alot lower than it really is. heres the tanks. not quite done but far into it. it totally made the bike.

 

ok so here is some more paint. i had to get me and the woman to match. second is pics of when we did tire balancing. last time I got tires i got those special self balancing beads. and this proved that they suck!!!! they only work if your staying at a steady spead because it takes time for them to get into place. which causes cupping of the tires.

 

man were these things a pain in the ***. did all this work just to take the thing out and have the halo rings break. the perimeter halos are amazing and will never break or come out . but this all took some time and patience. first we had an led wire break on the perimeter halos which i found newer better ones. then we used pretective 80mm halo cases and custiom fit them to the headlight hosueing. then we glued the rings in. i will be ripping these back out though because they broke. im going to put in two high beam projector halos. they will have devl eyes with 6000k hids. the stock light will stay halogen. im also gonna black out the high beam refective parts. hoepfully it looks good. oops forgot one. since when you see that the blue and red are on the blue kind of over powers the red im also gonna take silver leaf and put it on the back of the red perimeter halos to make them shine out but not be overtaken by the halo rings inside

 

more pics of the halos. the third pic is the first day i brough her out. 4th is me and my buddys custom "bobber" build although the way hes going is no ordinary bobber build what so ever 5th is when we were waiting for paint. riged the headlight and turn signals to get tuning and engine break in going.

 

ok so enough about how it looks. didnt do all this engine work to cruise like a lil b***** right? well that dyno sheet is a bit weird. thats after we did the engine we put all the stock stuff one jsut to see what only the engine upgrades gave us. another weird thing is the dyno this was tested on always reads 10hp low. its been proven. over all right out of the gate the engine mods gave me 27-30hps right off the bat. i hae more from the exhaust, eirfilter etc. but 30 hps is awesome.

Is this dyno whit all the mods or just engine mods and stock airbox, stock exhaust etc.?

 

so is it around 160 to the rear wheel then with the mods? meaning you dyno'd around 130 rwhp without?

 

to clear up the dyno sheet. yea this was with the stock exhaust airbox etc. we did that to see what JUST the engine mods got us. so before the build is had 127 to the rear wheel. now its about 160 with ENGINE mods only. were still working out little bugs here and there. but were looking to get at least 10 ponies more out of everything. trying to get the perfect tune isn't easy, and takes time. you guys know this.
