RE: Scammed?
Yeah I called the number with mine blocked and some women answered the phone. I asked for Marcell and she said i had the wrong number. I also asked her if she lived in an apartment building and she said no. I think that the phone is in someone elses name. Today i am going to the bank to pick up my copy of the check i sent him. Racine county said they would need it with his signature on it to prove that he cashed it. I am going to send them a copy along with all the **** that he posted in here. I am also sending the emails between the two of us. It might take awhile to find out what happens, but with all that i dont think that he can get away with this, without ATLEAST paying me back. I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks for all the pointers and trying as much as you guys have. Glad to see that there are more honest guys out there than ****bags.

wow man sorry to hear this that is total BS.. i just sent him a text message so we will see if he calls or not.. i didnt think he was like this but now i am weary.. the good thing is that you will get your money back because they will get ahold of his employer and garnish his wages and you will end up getting more than 600.00 back..

RE: Scammed?
Brian, you mentioned earlier in the threads that he answered when you would block your number. So, if some lady is now answering, it's someone that lives there with him, or knows who he is. Phone companies do not just turn around and re-issue the numbers to the next person, and it would be more likely you win the lottery than to have the same number re-issued toa new person who just happened to live at the same exact address. (IIRC they wait like 6 months or a year min.to re-issue a number once it's cancelled.)
I'm betteing she's just telling you some line of crap to keep you running in circles.

RE: Scammed?
Thats what i had figured. As far as fairings go... I havent gotten any and i havent been looking. I ammore than likely to part it out. I am tired of dealing with it. I could probably get a decent chunk of change parting it out... way more than if i was to sell it out right as is without any fairings.
