No no money or fairings yet... he is supposed to call today. Thats what he told me friday anyway.

i just Re-Read everything from page 5 on up to 9....... sounded like it was going to be resolved on about page 6... still nothing... makes me sick!!! I love how people drag *** whenever there is a part being shipped involved. Everyone hates going to the post office... but come on.. w/ 600 bucks in the bank thats a little bit of incentive to stop eating twinkies and watching spongebob get up off ur *** and take 20 minutes to ship some parts for a kid who wants nothing more than to ride a bit w/ his dad... just do it.. quit whining about living in a different city and just go frickin do it...

 

Admittedly I didn't read the whole post as there were too many posts to sift through...I will say that there is nothing worse than arider ripping off a fellow rider. Federal law gives the seller 30 days from reciept of funds to ship the merchandise or provide a refund. I don't know if this would apply to personal sales, but at some point you need to look at the court record of the name of that person living at the address you posted and decide to call the cops. He's bull****ting you and not going to send the money back. Hell, if you get the money back, I'll personally send Locell $20 out of my pocket. I'm that sure you are being dodged.

 

So Marcell calls me friday and tells me that he has a lawyer looking into the situation, but also tells me that hes going to send my money back to me. He said that he was going to call monday and didnt. Since then i have left him six messages. Yesterday i recieved a complaint form from racine county sheriffs department. I also obtained a copy of the check i sent him with his signature on it. I told him he has till friday to call me and no later than monday to have a check in my hand. If i dont get any money i fax the complaint monday night.
