Washing mine while writing this, having a bee... ammm, letting the detergent to do it's thing on the rear rim. Haven't literally touched the bike for two weeks, it's been exceptionally cold and raining every day and haven't felt like riding after Missy's crash... probly gonna throw a leg over it again monday morning as the weather should improve from today.

Moved her to the new place, getting ready to get off my rear and swap the trans since she's all apart.

Rode my bike for the first time in two weeks to work. In the morning I wondered why it is stuttering a bit every now and then almost as if starved of fuel, when I left work I drove to my wife`s parents to celebrate her brother`s birthday and the same kept going, now with an unusually strong vibration. I know my chain is due for a change but I could feel more vibration in the bars than normal. When I fired it back up about to leave home the reason for all this became very clear as the all too familiar rattle of the c-c-***king-t started AGAIN! Three years, 20tkm, TWO CCT:s. Funk it, I`m going APE... Might just make it in time here before the scheduled track day next month...

EDIT: APE ordered, wonder what has happened, after the last time I looked the prices has gone down 50%! 60EUR for an APE incl. delivery USA-> FIN, not bad.

Thanx squale, pretty happy with it myself. Needs another wax coat though, wonder what happened to the two I put on it after the clay treatment. And another pair of bar weights, the left side has fallen off, my woodcraft bar insides are super slippy so gotta take a dremel and a wire brush disc and coarsen them a bit so the weights get a grip. ...and repair the spill damage in the right lower, but at this rate it's gonna be next winter's chore as it's merely cosmetic... ordered an APE cct that should arrive by the end of this month so gonna slap that on too, also scourcing for an affordable yet known brand chain& sprockets, probly gonna go D.I.D./JT on those.

Lost the muffler and passenger peg set up. Think it's cleaned up the back nicely. Took her for a blast. Few slides here and there due to black ice and ice grit but smoked my bro's RF 900 all the way

Was bored and hot so took off to a completely spontaneous 150km nocturnal road trip, had fun but a wiser man would probly swapped the smoked visor to the clear before taking off, half of the time I was juggling between not seeing s**t and getting my face peppered with miniscule insects. 1:30 ATM, got four hours to sleep, gonna go shower the bug guts from my eyes and hit the bed, pics coming tomorrow.

Helluva way to fight cabin fever. Might need another dose shortly...

Had to make a pit stop to an all night service station to get a bottle of visor cleaner as the bug crust was getting too thick to see through.

Should be a bike somewhere there gotta get me a pocket cam, the one on the phone is not capable to do twilight photos (first time I see this on computer screen, the pic is almost flat black from the horizon on my phone)

Southern entrance to the city. Scared the crap out of some boy racers with the flash

Not a whole lot going on downtown at 1am. Almost eery.

Guess what I'm doing when I get home from work today... any tips on how to get them off?
