I think the grips look great. Making me second guess my decision. I went DARTH.

I've lost track of which other bike's levers you tried.

Indiana,
I love your bike. I am going to go with your color scheme on the repaint. Can you elaborate on the GPS mod. Its really clean. Thats going to be a must have on my bike.

Tightened the allen nut on my mirror so it would stop folding in at speed. Also almost killed myself by trying out that paddle gizmo for the throttle like Indy's. Didn't have it low enough and couldn't get far enough off the throttle when turning. Eek!

It takes some getting use to. I mostly use it for highway riding.

All I used was the Garmin 17mm ball. There is a small screw inside of it. You take out the screw, get a little longer screw and screw it threw the middle of the center cap. then back into the Garmim 17mm ball. The Garmin mount just snaps onto it. Then you are ready to got get lost.

OK I made my trip to Chicago and back. I didn't like the grips, but it could of been my Scorpion gloves, they are not in good shape after one weekend ride. Chicago got alot of rain over the weekend. On the way back from a party it rained buckets of water. I rode threw some water on the interstate that got my boots soaked. I have ridden my bike back to Indy. Is there anything maintenance wise out of the ordinary that I should do??? Thanks

That sounds really good CBRclassic. With all this nice weather I am getting very jealous of people with running bikes.
