Just wondering where I have seen pictures like that before............

Looks like you borrowed my table to do the job Sprock - even down to the suds (though mine would be Coopers Pale Ale

I've got the solderin' iron prepped and ready for action.......

Cheers, SB

^ Looks good, I may have to take a trip over to the auto store and pick up some of that wire wrap.

My grommets and washers were;

4-Grommets @ $1.27 = $5.08
2-Wahers pks @ $.99 = $1.98
total = $7.06

May not need the grommets but they do help to shape the washers.

Those PCV grommets are 4 @ $3.99 = $15.96

I would need pictures before I shelled out that kind of money. LOL

Hell, you guys are making me envious with all your talk of your new sticks!
Especially TBT with his talk of smooth idle and no stutter/stumble.

Have to wait for the "How to" in step by step pics since I'm a complete noob
regarding electric systems and don't wanna fry anything.
Hope I can get some sticks from a CBR 1000RR in the junkyard here.

Default Mail has arrived!

So, the mailwoman has had a busy time late this week, burdened as she was by lots of mortorcycle parts destined for my house!

Firstly a package from Michelle in Tasmania which looked like this!

It's like Christmas, unwrapping the goodies................

To reveal...........................

Suzuki GSX-R 600 stick coils and VFR750 bars - with just a hint of Apple Cider. This came from the wintery depths of Tasmania in a couple of days. Thanks Michelle!

Then, the next day.......

Some American mail! So I took it into the nice warm lounge with certain expectations...

Yes, it was Sprock's mail with lovely CBR stick coils

Thanks Sprock - they do look brand new. It was a shame later that night cutting up the beautiful Honda loom to make one for the CBR1000F, but needs be

The "How To" will be posted later today or tomorrow morning at the latest. Almost finished the loom last night, but just have to figure out a way to neatly tie into the existing loom under the tank.

I'll also be PDFing the "How To" for those who would like it emailed directly.

Cheers, SB

Hey Seb,

Just for conversations sake. Will the Gixxer coils fit on CBR 1000?
