^^ Rod again I see everything you say also and respect your rights to want to protect your families ... but the truth *here* is that families in the main are not at risk from gun crime ... gun toting gansters are simply not breaking into our homes here and holding us all hostage .. if they were that would be different .. gangsters are usually shooting one another ..yes?? ..lol .. for the odd family that might be at risk we would have to allow our whole nation to carry guns and again that means all the low lifes and scum who would not ordinarily own a gun if illegal would be armed too ..they would be the problem to the masses here then ...so although us being unarmed is not ideal I still think its the lesser of the two evils for the UK

gangsters are usually shooting one another ..yes??
Italian Mobsters were very careful about only killing those involved. However, the word 'gangsters' now involves those less concerned with money and more concerned with respect. Gangsters, per se, are less concerned with killing innocent bystanders than Mobsters. So, the short answer is no, gangsters don't care who they kill.

The fact is anyone who is prepared to kill another human being over anything material wise or pecking order wise is a bad entity and gangster has become somewhat more of a loose term these days to include almost any low life with a gun ... the fact still remains that the odd innocent bystander *here* who may get shot does not justify arming every trigger happy low life under the sun with a lethal weapon ... legalising guns in my country would be a disaster of epic proportions!!

True, but times are getting worst. A few weeks ago some men dressed up as policemen invaded a house at gunpoint and stole all their ****. Everyday I seem to hear about home invasions and shootings...

Might just be a TX thing but if there's any time to own a gun, it's now.

Had the CCP since 21 and carried ever since. Glock 27 is weapon of choice with Takarov as backup. So in 20 years I've actually had to draw a weapon once ... and that was work related. Never want to have to do that again but gotta be prepared.
