Its that dreadful day. Good luck everyone!! LIke has been mentioned, hard candy, gum, coffee, exercise. good substitutes while going through the hard times. Mostly just keep your mind strong!!

Ya it was not half bad today but I ate too much candy and don't feel so hot[:'(]Im going with seeds in the morning. Toughest part of the day was waking up and then after lunch when the crew lit up. I actually had to walk away and make some calls to get past the withdrawls.

^ YES I can't be near my friends that smoke anymore. There's a group of 8 or 9 that meet up regularly and everyone has one lit up. Honestly even being a smoker I can't handle being around the smoke unless I have a cig. I dunno why it bothers me that way.
