Sorry guys Last night was enough for me. I was finishing tearing out my pool with my buddies and wassippin on some brew dogs and i just couldnt help myself. Yes i cheated and had a cigarette but i will continue to try and quit. i out of the competetioin though

Hell yeah its really hard but i am still trying to quit for sure. I cant stand smoking anymore but its just tough to get off it

I'm out as well, had one @ 3 am after I was drinking for a while. I'm still gonna stick with it though and see if I can't kick it.

Jesus, this fell apart quicker than I thought. I gave you guys at least a week .

Seriously though, you need to quit that **** (as if you've never heard this), but I have faith that you guys will be able to one day...when you're ready...
