I'm having trouble with the whole cold turkey thing. I am trying still to quit i really am but it is just so hard sometimes. I need to get my own house so my friends are there smoking all day. I think thats what is reallykilling me. I dont smoke all day at work when they arent around but when i go home.. if i cave than that is when it happens

Yeah I tried doing this with you guys but uh.. Well to be blunt I just figured that other people would be dishonest so what's the point?

I smoked cigarettes today.

i have been watching this thread closely, and i gotta say i don't know how hard quitting smoking is, because i never have been a smoker, but im disappointed with the way this contested turned out....

Quitting is HARD but totally do-able for someone that really wants to quit. Hell, I did it. That means any one of the superman types should be able to out do my accomplishment.

As am I, Hayden...as far as I know, 2 people are still not smoking. I will PM them to get updates.

Yeh I caved in and did some smoking. Hey B you can quit if you'd like to. I'd be honest and James would want to get in on it too. Holding each other accountable will help give you more drive. And if we get this contest restarted or something I'll throw in $20 on your behalf.. hmm you've got a paypal don't you? Dude I need to use it, I don't have one.
