F1 code fuel injector problem.
1. key ON, stop-switch = RUN
2. measure voltage at ECU-connector Lg#6 blk/wht, volts = ???
3. measure resistance between Lg#12 grn to chassis-ground, ohms = ???
4. key OFF, disconnect ECU and store in safe static-free place.
5. key ON, stop-switch = RUN
6. using small jumper wire, connect Lg#12 grn to Blk#6 brn/blk.
7. measure power at fuel-pump relay output brn wire, volts = ???
8. measure power at fuel-pump connector under tank, brn wire, volts = ???
Does pump run?
That's OK. Voltage there is coming across relay's activation coil from power side blk/wht. Appears everything is OK with BAS and fuel-pump circuit. Let's verify ECU is getting power:
1. key ON, stop-switch = RUN
2. measure voltage at ECU-connector Lg#6 blk/wht, volts = ???
3. measure resistance between Lg#12 grn to chassis-ground, ohms = ???
4. key OFF, disconnect ECU and store in safe static-free place.
5. key ON, stop-switch = RUN
6. using small jumper wire, connect Lg#12 grn to Blk#6 brn/blk.
7. measure power at fuel-pump relay output brn wire, volts = ???
8. measure power at fuel-pump connector under tank, brn wire, volts = ???

Does pump run?
Thanks
Resistance at #12 zero
Jumper installed 12.80 from pump connecter.
Pump did prime also.
What's the next step?
Voltage #6 blk/white 12.96
Resistance at #12 zero

So this manual triggering of pump shows entire fuel-pump circuit works! Relay, wiring, pump. Only thing unknown is why ECU’s not turning it on.
Try test for spark. Remove coil and stick spare plug in it. Ground case of plug to bare metal of engine. Key ON/stop-switch=RUN, crank engine. Do you see spark?
It so, try spraying 5-sec of starting-fluid into airbox. Then crank again. Does it run?
If so, ECU’s driver-transistor for pump is dead. Try your other ECU with same spark and starting fluid test.

Not sure if this is any help or relevant but I'm getting code F1 19 on display. I cleaned terminal ends on ignition pulse generator and checked continuity on the wires. Showed good. Resistance on the ignition pulse generator plug showed .496
Resistance on the ignition coils showed .001 on all of them at 2k setting
Resistance on the ignition coils showed .001 on all of them at 2k setting
