Considering all the testing I've done and still not running it just has to be the ECU. I've checked every wire on this bike. Don't know what else to check if anything is even left that I haven't. Made sure all the pinouts at the ECU plugs were right which did find one in the wrong location and corrected it. The only thing I haven't tried was something I read where someone said there ECU wasn't making a good connection with plug so he bent all the pins just slightly and that fixed his problem because they made good tight contact then. The ECU that I purchased before and didn't work appeared to be used so that could have been a bad one someone was trying to profit on.
What do you think?

Probably an overlooked problem that most never think about on older bikes is connection issues between ECU plug and ECU when it's plugged in. All my test with the ECU unplugged were within specs. Once plugged into ECU it wasn't getting a good connection inside the plug between the plug and ECU. SOLUTION unhooked plugs cleaned both sides. Bent male pins on ECU side just slightly. Plugged back in and it was really tight. Almost too tight. Still no connection. Unplug again then plug back in and connections were all good. It somehow reset the pins to make a good connection. Just FYI for anyone else getting good test results from ECU plug when it's unplugged. Nobody really ever thinks about it or mentions it much but it works!
