F1 code fuel injector problem.
Ok, that's better ignition-switch. So 9.7v shows up at ECU connector with kill on/off?
Measure resistance between that grn ECU connector wire to chassis-ground, ohms = ???
Is there anything in Lg connector at #12 where grn wire is supposed to go?
If not, move grn wire to that location.
Also very remaining wires on ECU connector is what they're supposed to be:

On LG connector ECU the is a green wire in #12 as well and it's a ground also with good continuity
It appears that the green ground on black connector is supposed to be there from factory. I thought about removing it since it wasn't on the diagram to see if it made a difference with the fuel pump
Do same with Blk#16.
Yeah, try removing blk#16 grn. I can't find it on any wiring-diagrams I have.
Yeah, I was thinking maybe I needed to. I was thinking maybe the diagram I had didn't cover all the F4i years is why maybe it wasn't showing. Mine is 03. From why I gathered 01 to 03 should be the same on everything but maybe newer slightly different? Do you have diagrams for all years?
Okay, I did see a video with 01 F4i and noticed that same green wire on his black ECU plug in same location so just kinda weird they wouldn't put it on the diagram

I hooked up a voltage converter and got it to 9.2 but still not sending power to fuel pump plug. Only power showing on that plug is br/b from res fuel 12.7. getting voltage to fuel injector and ignition coil plugs but no spark. Pulled plugs and coils ground them to engine and hit starter switch and no spark. Ignition pulse generator is brand new.
