Default head is on motor is in the frame

well the head is on the bike and everything is turning great with no problems. so far so good. Put the engine back in the frame before i drop the cams in. these intake port looks real nice. I was worried about the spark plugs hitting the heads because the head is milled but they cleared nicely. heres a nice before and after pic i mocked up

i dont mind it . If you bought a new bike it is just like every other new bike. this one will be mine and pretty much brand new.

I agree in having something that is different from everyone else. In your first post you mentioned the exhaust. Brock's never made an exhaust system for the 954 that I am aware of.

Is the header on the table the one that came off your bike? It appears to be a stock header.

yea thats the thing. im going by who i got it from (ebay) ive searched and searched. its so hard because noone makes it anymore. the one on the table is the stock one. i dont have a picture of the new one ill get one and upload it.

this is it. havent played with it much yet. gonna have to find a way to fit both my devil racing pipe and this scorpion pipe to the headers. gonna run a dyno on both and see which gives more ponies. the guy who made it was running it with a serious exhaust leak though

I think the headers are Hindle. Conrice allso looked them out. I've have allso Devil 1/2 highpipe lying in the garage. Whit oem headers i didn't feel no difference then sound.

I know! I've been suggested by professionals to set the limiter to 13.5k rpms. My cams spring need has been calculated by the moving mas of engine head components, cam lift + profile and rpms whit some professional software the guy has in hes dyno shop. I would need 135 lbs at full lift and these will give whitout the shims 128 lbs. They give whit the shim near 150 lbs( 148 if i remember correctly) so there is a little safety mariginal. But whit your webcams and oem limiter i would probably use oem springs. The raised limiter makes the biggest difference in the spring need. He calculated zx-14r spring need whit oem cams and components but 13.5k rpm limiter just for fun. It would need over 200 lbs
