Getting the bike back together now that I have the wheels off.

Here is a picture of what I got from UPS today!!! WOOT!

Buddy and I finished up repacking my 2 bros, decided not to get another badge, I have dumped enough money on this. Maybe next time I repack it I will get one.

All powder coated up. Loved the way it turned out

I powder coated the pegs today. I wish they where the same color as the frame and all but they where chrome so I decided to do them black.

I'm curious about how you are applying the powder coat?

Is this something you are doing at home?

Stayed up til 3 am putting the rear rotor on, sprocket, chain, axle, ect. LOVE the way the gold and black chain looks, especially clean shiny rear sprocket. Forgot to get pics of it before I left for work so I will get up.

Here is my bolts for my rotors

Before

After powder coated flat black.

Also did the kick stand.

Before (forgot to take a picture of it before I sand blasted it)

After

This was picture worthy! We couldn't get the radio to get signal so I grabbed some jumper cables! It WORKED! Priceless....lol

Made quite a bit of progress tonight. Got pretty much all of the plastics back on.

Still need to:

Mount and balance front tire when it comes in (monday or tuesday)
Install front rim/tire (axle, speed sensor, rotors)
Wet sand and wheel rear taillight and install
WASH THE F**KING THING LOL!!!
Polish all of the plastics.
Bleed brakes.

I believe that is it.

Oh, where can I get some of the little rubber things that where on the sides of the gas tank, makes is so it doesn't rattle when it moves side by side??

Pictures...

Love the exhaust! ugh.... I love with it. Soon to be shortened.
