Default REPAINTING the bike!!! **PICTURES**

So the second I saw the my bike for the first time I was in love, then I hated it just as much, the thing is PURPLE and yellow, I can rock out purple but purple and yellow clash in my book of colors. Anyways here is a pic of the progress, I will update as I go.

1994 Honda CBR 600 F2 .... It looks blue and yellow but its purple.

The cracked plastic and the tear down....

UGH!!! Look at all of the swirls in the black part....ugh.....

After the 2 side repair (back side is done only so far). The ugly yellow and purple decale off the front.

Almost all of the plastics before the stickers are off.

So far I have all off the stickers off, just about to finish outside of cracks, and get preped for primer.
I will be painting it Hugger Orange with white pearl, Im will be laying some stripes just not really sure what I want to do yet
it wil be black stripes with something airbrushed. I took some airbrush classes so Im decent but noting really special.

Sooo what do you think???

Those are the front inside fairing pieces (right behind the front wheel).

And 99LS1, I can't wait to see pics of the new colors. Orange and white pearl sounds sweeet!

What's that blue stuff you used? Is that an epoxy, or some sort of fiberglass resin?

I need to fix a small crack on the rear side fairing as well as a cracked inner fairing and was thinking about forming a small aluminum sheet and using epoxy as the cracked areas look to be weak points.

Its actually a plastic repair by 3M, as you can see I used it on the back side, and I still have to finish off the front.
Its like JB weld but better. Runs about 50 bucks for a tube thing like that. Downside is you have to use a special gun.
Which is like 70 bucks for the gun alone.
