I just wanted to add on my thread that I still have the cbr and it runs like a champ, got the carbs cleaned at Sporttech here in San Jose, had to reseal the repaired area of the engine case a few times to get it just right where there are no oil leaks, got an upper faring from eBay and all the lowers and sides off Craigslist(although I shoulda went the whole kit on eBay), hid headlight installed, eBay windscreen in black with a laminar lip extension, just ordered a used corbin saddle off eBay to get ready for this year of riding and commuting
