Like a couple of the guys already said, it's probably your main fuse or relay.
If you look on the battery box, on the left side, you'll see where the relay sits, in front of the battery.
You'll see a connector with a red locking-tab cover, which plugs the positive cable into the relay unit - remove this, and you'll see the 30 amp fuse plugged in... if it's good, you might have a bad relay, or there may be a severed wire elsewhere in the harness, if it's bad, there might be a spare inserted in a little slot below the relay, with the top of the fuse facing the left side of the bike.
Good luck!

so the bike is either stuck in gear or the engine is froze or the stator cover is so smashed it wont let the motor spin somehow
still trying to get the stator cover off , I think its more smashed on than I thought, really strange as Ive been pying on it for awhile now
Im also going to pull the plugs and see if it will turn over from a bump start, hopeing the engine isnt seized or something major going on...

got the stator cover off and the stator out! and now it turns over!(used a piece of the cover to hold the starter mid gear in place) I also pulled a plug and it has a nice spark, gonna try adding gas tommorow and see what happens
the stator and stator housing Im going to have to replace, hopefully they are'nt too much...

do I need a puller bolt to get the stator flywheel off? I saw them on ebay...
