ok so fuse is in and lights come on and start button clicks, but I think the stator cover is smashed in to hard, the starter ring gear moves just a little but the motor doesnt turn over, Im going to try to and get the cover off, I might need a stator along with the cover...

Good luck!
agreed...

so the bike is either stuck in gear or the engine is froze or the stator cover is so smashed it wont let the motor spin somehow

still trying to get the stator cover off , I think its more smashed on than I thought, really strange as Ive been pying on it for awhile now

Im also going to pull the plugs and see if it will turn over from a bump start, hopeing the engine isnt seized or something major going on...

got the stator cover off and the stator out! and now it turns over!(used a piece of the cover to hold the starter mid gear in place) I also pulled a plug and it has a nice spark, gonna try adding gas tommorow and see what happens

the stator and stator housing Im going to have to replace, hopefully they are'nt too much...

It runs! Put some gas in the tank and a lil starter fluid, but a good amount of oil came out the stator side , hopefully its just because the cover is off

Yeah, the cover is needed to contain the oil, and you mentioned in your first post that the casing was chipped as well, has this been addressed yet?

Im going to replace the cover, stator and flywheel then I ll have to seal up the chiped edge of the case with something, its about 2 inches long and a 1/4 inch deep...

do I need a puller bolt to get the stator flywheel off? I saw them on ebay...
