I'll look for a place for that big hose, I just wish there were more people in this thread :/ (no offense, just more brains to pick)
I can see where you had it hooked up right in one pic. Those two ports you have near the yellow are the vents that the vent tubes go to and then just sit open behind the carbs. They don't hook up to anything.

If you have no spark than check your coils. There should be a right up about it in the manual. You need to use a volt meter to check continuity.

I think a lot of people aren't chiming in for two reasons. There's only so much help you can give without being there and working through the problem and it's summer. People tend to be riding more than talking about riding lol.

As far as the vaccuum line to the petcock just make sure it's plugged if your bowls have gas which you said they did. It's used to acctuate a diaphragm in the petcock that lets gas go. Most people rig it to flow without it when the diaphragm wears out and just plug the vaccuum line.

From the info you've given now though I'm thinking you have a spark problem not an issue with your hose routing. Perhaps you should start a new thread about that issue so people who know a lot about coils and the ignition system might chime in.

Maiku, in addition to a manual, another very useful tool, for identifying connections and whatnot, is a parts fiche...here is a link to the one I primarily use when I need to confirm something.

Ronayers.com Microfiche Honda>Motorcycle>1993>CBR600F2

You will find this quite useful in the future!

according to this picture, that middle big black nipple (kinky) goes to that vent on the back of the airbox, so it's okay to just leave it open, but I'm still lost as to what plugs into the front of the airbox. if there's a big hose from the crank, I don't see it.

I'll start a new thread about spark I suppose :/ funds are limited.

The petcock pours gas out of it if I open it up and let it drain. I'm assuming that it's broken and doesn't need that vacuum line?

That or it's an F3 petcock. Either way your getting fuel without the vacuum line hooked up.
