I chose red, because it's the color that adds the most HP.
I was told about about 20 RWHP and why Ferrari is so fast.

So , I took the CBR out for a ride in 35 degree heat yesterday , fun but geez , super hot .
I know I left some rubber shielding out when I had it apart for the cam chain tensioner years ago , thinking that's probably a good part of the problem .
trouble is , I don't really know where it goes .
does anyone have a picture of what it should look like under the tank ?

Put new Dunlop Sportmax Roadsmart II tires on and around the block it rides great. Hope to get it out on some open roads tomorrow afternoon and break them in.

Also found a vacuum tube that wasn’t connected under the carburetor-took some ingenuity but I finally got it and it purrs like a kitten again.

About the same temp here. It shot up to 65F for two days last week so I did fire up all the bikes and let them do their mid winter run.

Started the cbr1kf for the first time in nearly 4 years. Only took 3 stabs on the starter and she fired in to life and after about a minute settled into a nice stable idle. Love my auld cbr1kf, absolute quality. Just need the virus to **** off so i can take her for a spin..
