I'm here in Panama City. 98 does suck, but it's not as bad as trying to navigate thru town and around the hoards of blind retirees that seem to gravitate to this area in the summer. No one around here looks or pays attention to where they are going. Hell, most of the people are too interested in there cell phones to even show the slightest attention to a bike. Try this. Next time you pull up beside someone at a stoplight talking on a cell phone....rev the engine just enough to make their heads rattle. haha. It's the little things that can entertain you during the day.

Ha Ha Ha. Ten, that is funny as hell. Here in NY using cellphones while driving is illegal, so that is the same thing as I do. I got a black widow racing exhaust and even with their windows up, it pisses em off. You can see it. One time this dude started bitching at me because of it, and I reminded him by a quick rip n buzz.

oh without a doubt if i had done the frame sliders ( they are sitting in the living room at my house back in louisiana) the bike woulda been fine other than the clutch lever and the footpeg. but the engine would still have oil in it and i wouldnt be so bored, haha, oh well, it is what it is, my fault.. :-\ should be in business tomorrow morning though

thatns man, i was actually back on the bike in 3 days, it coula been that same day if the dealership was open. i just took off the old side cover, put on the new one, a little oil, and i was back on the road. but yea, keep that in mind, you never want to let your mind wander, because this is the least of your worries if it does, it was very fortunate that this was all that happened!
