ya dont go too far...

just get goin about 10-15 mph...throw your weight forward and grab some front brake...your back tire should come up a few inches, might take you a couple tries..then when you get used to that...start going a little fast and grab brake so your tire comes up and then let out on some of the pressure on the front tire and you will roll a little bit...

and I'm warning you know, they are addictive...

closer to 20 for more traction and stability...

closer to 30 for rolling them farther, but less stability...dampener recommended...

Then when??? when u pull an endo in 3rd gear doing 90mph??? just don't get too greedy at first with the brake, make sure everything is in working order
on your bike make sure the (tires are good, don't have to, but a damper is good common sense, frokx NOT leaking, clean surface to roll......) also I'd recommend 25lbs of pressure in the front tire and the reason is when u r statrting out you should worry about your form and stability before thinking going the distance (when your front tire PSI should be 32lbs) also I' recommend 45mph NOT 25mph because the latter is too slow to get the forkx loaded in time
before u'll be complitely stopped and that will get you frustrated and lead u to make the mistake of grabbing too hard and flip the endo (yikes) the former will allow u to apply the brake progressively and with some good body positionning u'll see the back wheel lifting up,take your time and try to go higher and higher BEFORE increasing your speed once you are able to get the endo to bp quicker u'll roll farther, be safe

practice going kinda fast because if you start trying it going slow you can flip it alot easier. Just practice practice practice and then practice some more cause rollin stoppies is dangerous cause you nothing to save you for flipping like you do in a wheelie.

weight balanced side to side, arms locked, and head up looking ahead of you.
