No need to put it in neutral, try going 45mph in 1 st gear then with ONE MOTION (coordination): {pull in the clutch (make sure it's working properly so it engages this time),squeeze the brake progressively, give it a slight bounce on the bars (helps with the compressing of the forkx) as your knees squeeze the tank from weight transfer to the front and use your hips to kinda keep the bike going in the direction you intend once the rear wheel is up (DO NOT touch the rear brake by mistake) and like it has been said before keep arms locked and look ahead (use target fixation to your advantage) and practice,practice,practice,practice,practice,pract ice,practicepractice.............................. ....................
