Thanks guys, and it has been a little bit since I posted a pic in this thread LOL and Somebody asked me about this awhile back, so here is my H&K94 MP5 SD it is registered as a short barrel weapon and the silencer of courses is registered so add that into the cost of the conversion, and I paid more for all of that work than I did for the H&K 94 to start with. The lower of course is just semiautomatic. And here is the link to the shop that done the conversion work. The SD conversion is at the bottom of the page, along with its cost. And yes, I had it done before I got married LOL

Want to make something clear here. Not saying there's anything wrong with the M4 but if there is a better piece of hardware out there at the same price. Why not give it equal fielding time for everyone if Socom has put it through its paces. It should be the real deal. And since we've been talking about AR platform going to cross my fingers and hope H&K offers it in a civilian version like to add this upper to my collection also

JUST MY TWO CENTS, BUT HERE GOES:
for reliability, accuracy, easy to clean, and affordability: Glock can not be beaten. My personal favs are the g20 full size 10mm, and the g32 compact in .357 sig
if you want something that shoots very well and looks really nice, get a kimber .45. They are expensive, but they are accurate and reliable as well.

Very hard to get pistols here in canada, and you can forget anything like an assault rifle. I've got a .22 semi auto pistol tucked away, but with the regs its pointless to have anyhow. Must be locked up unloaded at all times with your ammo in a separate locked container. Yuo need a permit to bring it anywhere as well. Shottys and rifles are much easier, but if its not hunting season and/or you dont have a hunting licence you're not sposed to be transporting them lol.
I love that new HK btw, great looking weapon.
