ive just started working out after a torn rotator cuff about 3.5 years to get it back right again.
Oh that's just fantastic! That means I've only got about 2.5 years to go 'til I can lift again! [:@][:@][:@]
i tore mine playing basketball, me and another guy collided i heard a loud pop and the rest is history its still not quite right but its good enough to lift if i use the right movements. still cant throw a ball to save my life though. hows yours after a year and did you have surgery or just p.t.?

P.T.
I can lift my arm (without weight) but like you, throwing is completely out of the question. I was concerned that leaning forward on a sportbike would be a problem, but thankfully it hasn't really been an issue.

my biggest problem was shooting my bow i couldnt pull it back with my right arm. so i had to ankor my elbo against my side and push forward with my left hand. then i could bring the bow up to position. just try shooting a deer like that with all that movement. it sucked. i also am ok on the bike but i didnt get mine until a year after i tore mine. i hope you heal ok it is a bad injury to have and takes a long time to heal so take it easy until it does you dont want to tear it all over again.

I haven't been to the gym in awhile, but I used to go religiously. I used to hate to see people who went there because it was a social event. They would sit on the machine or bench I wanted to use, while talking to their friend about the weather. When I go to the gym, I have a purpose. I have my regiment planned out...and PLEASE DO NOT TALK TO ME! I also could not stand seeing bad form. I would rather do five reps with good form than do eight reps, with too much weight, while using my back as the focus of by bicept curls...know what I mean?

speaking like a true athlete I have seen a lot of guys sling a lot a heavyweight but when you put them in proper form and technique they can do half as much as they had been with poor form and technique but based on your bowtie photo I thought you'd be headed to the Mr. Olympia contest

^^^ Hahaha...you don't like the bowtie do you? Judging from your photo, I need some pointers . I got to a point where I wanted to get bigger, but no matter how much I ate (kept a food journal and ate proportionally correctamounts of fats, carbs, protein, and supplements), no matter how much I changed my routine, I couldn't gain. I needed to wake up at 2am to drink a protein shake or something, but I got very frustrated. Now, I just need to get back to the gym and spend time on the cardio machines...

well you know that genetics plays a part in how quickly you can bulk up or how quickly you can lose fat I had the same problem you had swt poets got a photo of me on the beachin a pair trunks at about 155 lbs I've got some definition she keeps threatening to post it,but I had been working myself into the ground. just as you described above, about that time I metMSgt Campbell. he had been in one of the bodybuilder rags a year or so before that and he was a monster. heate like for a snack now in between breakfast and lunch a 32 ounce power shake and four chicken breasts. he had just came off of a Fast Team {Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security) Team transferring toSRT Team but anyway I learned more about proper technique from him than anything else and he put me onto Arnold Schwarzenegger's book. I got sidetracked for a long time. but, when I came back to it with what I learned from him, Iwas all good to go. I have a copy of the magazine he was in somewhere. he's on the cover if I can find it I'll scan it and post it here. he is a monster
