There is a gym called "AnyTime Fitness" that's open 24/7 and it's $33 a month out of your account. Plus it's two miles down the road from my place so that's where I go, almost every day. No weight-training yet although I might do some free weights in the future. Now I do 45min a day on the treadmills that they have there(with a tv mounted and headphone jacks) so you can watch fat Americans trying to act. When I am off on the weekends it's an hour of jogging and that's it. I'm not a bodybuilder but you can see some definition in my abs if you look closely. What's funny is the building that houses the gym used to be a video store, so it went from making people fat to making people thin.
