A good buddy of mine just got done with the P90X DVD Training system. Sounds like a scamming infomercial, but this dude was skinnier than I am, and now he's rather built. To the point where I didn't recognize him at all. He used the P90X system for 3 months at home with some free weights and stuff turned out HUGE compared to what he looked like before. He's going to let me borrow it and I'm going to give it a try. An hour a day, everyday for three months, but if I'm anywhere near as fit as he is in 3 months time, I'll be blown away.

well you know that genetics plays a part in how quickly you can bulk up or how quickly you can lose fat
+1...not one to brag, but for some reason, i can pack on muscle like i was on steroids, in a suspiciously short amount of time...i actually had family members and friends concerned for me cuz they thought i was juicing!

that's great man you know certain body types are prone to naturally build muscle and it's in that genetic gene pool for you and that's great glad somebody else is still moving out there I'm still little keyed up but not like earlier

yea but its a double edged sword for me still, i can pack on muscle in like a week, but if i stop lifting for like 2 days, i feel (maybe its just me?) like i lose it all right away too...[&:]

been there done that was super moderator at a Marine forum lost the privileges and the rank over what I believed at the time to be a righteous cause as a super moderator under V bulletin software I had full access to everything IP addresses real e-mail addresses everything ...it is amazing what you see on the backside of the forum take for instance out on the main page at the bottom where you can click on there and see who's on the forum and where they're at under the super moderators screen you can display not only their IP address what type of system the running what browser version theyare using and when it was last update also has an IP address search function to allow you to search down the actual IP carrier and information you're not nearly asanonymous as one would lead you to believe it would even tell me whether or not you got there by a Google search a spider or Yahoo and you automatically know when you see a 6.06 IP address it is the DOD network and somebody is poking aroundLOL
