I stay active, but I don't really have a work out schedule. It must be working, cuz I have worn the same pant size since my last year in high school which was in 1987. I do everything to my home and land by hand. I have been working on 1 acre of land clearing it by hand, using bow saw, axe, sickle (like grim reaper), uneven terrain I use shovels, pics, etc... It's not because I don't have equipment. Maybe that's why it's taken me 2 years to clear some acreage. In this case, I enjoy the work hard instead of smart. I do that at my day job. It's nice to come home and bust my *** for 3-5 hours each saturday and sunday on it, even in the winter.

I go lift and run three times a week. I'll run about 3 miles each time and lift for around an hour. I go with a group of friends to keep me motivated. I pay for my membership with segregated fees and tuition.

I'm a fitness freak, and it's home, the gym and cycling.

On the D.L. for the past two months from a bicep injury. Normally good for 18 days a month otherwise.

I WOULD PREFFER TO BE ABLE TO GO TO A GYM AROUND HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

but

well, here in houston you really can't go to a gym anymore, theyre over run by fatasses taking a nap on all the towers, and housewives on the bikes....fat people leaning on canes block the entire track....the pools instead of being used to work out are now apparently where mexican families come to bathe their children in masses(i really wish i was kidding about this....I live in a luxury complex and our pool makes beach resorts look silly...water falls...lagoons....a lazy river///.they come in groups of about 25 -3 or 4 adults with bottles of shampoo-and "wash" their kids in the pool...they dont even LIVE AT MY COMPLEX!!!! and i call the cops on them regularly but they keep comming back)so im not about to set foot in them....and i was a competetive swimmer for 14 years....if a "local" or "gym" pool doesnt smell like chlorine or salt water, its not "safe" to get in if you value your health. most health clubs dont clean or cycle their water frequently enough so youre basically asking to get hep-c or pink eye by getting in them...

needless to say- my hatred of just people in general has kept me from going to the gym for the last two years....i really hope we all get a clue soon!

I WOULD PREFFER TO BE ABLE TO GO TO A GYM AROUND HERE THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!
