MEMORIAL DAY 2008 - MELBOURNE ULYSSES

Annually the Ulysses Club has a memorial service to remember all those riders who have died in the last year. Here, it is held first week in November. Locally, about 300 of us from around Melbourne RV''d at the base of Mt Macedon, got a police escort to the summit, where there is a war memorial cross, we had our service. Great pics. I love seeing Photo's of others on rides around the world. They were great. One thing everyone had a helmet on Thats Great. Also everyone looked like they were spaced out move than we ride up here in Indiana.

 

The Hurricane sticks out like a beautiful naked woman. Those other bikes should be embarrased.

I assure you no one was on drugs at the time !!!

Cameras can lie - especially about distances. The ride was some 490km and speeds generally 110kph (some to 220 on the long sweepers with clear view). Distances between riders was appropriate for the roads / speeds and riders here.

Come try a ride here sometime

 

I would as soon as someone builds a bridge from here to there.

I like me feet here on the ground. I would love to go on rides in several countries and visit.
