Default photos of today's ride

Well, now that I've been laid off, I have lots of free time for riding! Here's a few pics of today's ride. The best part is, all of these are pretty close to home...within about 15 minutes, so I've got it made with really nice roads in the area (st. louis county). Enjoy the pics!

Hey Darrell - nice pics of your ride. Sucks about being laid off, but at least you can enjoy the nice weather we're having.

I might be able to get out on Saturday. Sunday we're going to the Cards / Reds game. I'll give ya a holler later on.

Thanks...I'm not worried about being laid off, there's more jobs out there waiting to be had. I also just sent these photos to your email, so sorry about the duplicates. Yeah, just let me know if you want to hook up over the weekend.

That road is Wildhorse Creek Rd (the nice new one with the twisties) It's approximately 30 miles west of St. louis off of hwy 100 (manchester rd) and it runs about 10-12 miles long, but the one half is extremely busy, the half in the photo is the best part of it by far. I showed it to OldFatGuy last weekend and he seemed to really like it too. It's a fun road and hardly any cars on it...at least this half. I stick to the area west of me on backroads, so I'm not too sure of other good areas around without too much traffic. For a beginner, I'd suggest anywhere that has light traffic until you get more used to your bike. Out in Belleville I'm guessing it's kind of plain and straight roads? I used to date this one girl from there, but never ventured around the area too much. If you want, PM me or something.
