Maybe the cable is broken somewhere inside the sheath. Do you see arm move on the other end when you squeeze the clutch?
Are yoi positive the other end is connected?

Ok. You need to find the other end of the cable. Try to follow it down, if not. Try this then. Disconnect at the handlebars and see if you can pull it up and push it down, listen, and if it's disconnected you might be able to hear it. I think it's either snapped (prob not) or become disconnected from the lower arm.
The clutch pivot arm is on,or very close to the clutch cover.

So I removed the lever, and tried to pull the clutch cable that was connected to the lever, so what did I get is that amount of wire as you can see in the picture when I push it, it will just go inside till it's not visible ( not sure if this what you meant in your message)

In the picture, you can see that this is how much extra cable I am getting, so when I am installing the lever and tightening it on its place there is no tension or anything because of that extra length I got, and if I put the cable inside it just comes out

I still think it's not connected correctly at the other end. Could you post an image of it for us to check.
Put the lever back on and image both ends.
Could you also clarify what bike and year you have, cheers

Update: So I opened the fairings, and the clutch cable was disconnected from the other end, so I recommended it and everything is working, will just need to adjust the play

Thanks a lot for the help
