Clutch Cable is over extended ?
Ok. You need to find the other end of the cable. Try to follow it down, if not. Try this then. Disconnect at the handlebars and see if you can pull it up and push it down, listen, and if it's disconnected you might be able to hear it. I think it's either snapped (prob not) or become disconnected from the lower arm.

In the picture, you can see that this is how much extra cable I am getting, so when I am installing the lever and tightening it on its place there is no tension or anything because of that extra length I got, and if I put the cable inside it just comes out
I still think it's not connected correctly at the other end. Could you post an image of it for us to check.
Put the lever back on and image both ends.

Update: So I opened the fairings, and the clutch cable was disconnected from the other end, so I recommended it and everything is working, will just need to adjust the play
