Hey Gang! My first post. I've had my 600 for eight years with no major problems- till now.
I went down a bumpy road and lost clutch control, thought it may just of been the cable coming out of the box, but it turns out a spring inside is hooped and i'm looking at a week for a new part.
Does this part failure happen often? Or was i just unlucky?

you sure its not that rod that goes from outside of the clutch cover...down into the clutch cover???

 

Naw, the word from the shop is a spring mechanism.

Hope it won't hurt too bad in the wallet!
