Default Bought my first CBR, but there is a problem

Ok, I just got the best deal on a bike that was not free I've ever got. 11-13 CBR250R. (Wont know year till I pick up Friday) I paid for the bike sight unseen. The reason it was a good deal is a year and a half ago some ******* tried to steal it. Moron punched the lock cylinder in and the bike has not moved since. I may need to get new injectors or even a fuel pump on top of the new lock, but I hope not. (non stabilized fuel) The problem is I need to move this thing and I know from the last time I dealt with this problem the lock will not slide down while locked even if i remove the tamper proof bolts. So I need to know how to deal with that and I'm hoping one of you has a better way than getting nasty with a cutoff wheel. The next thing is of the three wires how do I hook em up to test the bike before buying the new lock. I may used a switch and RFDI instead of a key so this does not happen again. I know it wont stop people from pushing away my bike, but it's better than getting stuck in town because some tweaker decided to shove a flathead into the cylinder again. I will also be getting theft insurance.

I am well aware this is not smart info to put on the web. So my email is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX if you do not want to have the info out there for people to see. Also if I don't already have the info by Friday I'm willing to show proof of ownership to get said info.

I got the wiring figured am am happy you need a component not many will be able to find to do that. Me being a electronics nerd I have 20 of the required zeners laying around. so how do i remove the steering lock. I'm actually going to leave it with no lock and pull the zener out as my key.

Hello,

I sorted out the wiring and am pleased, however you'll need a component that few people will be able to locate. I have 20 of the requisite zeners on hand because I'm an electronics nerd. So, how do I unlock the steering wheel? Actually, I'm going to leave it unlocked and use the zener as a key.
