it works from on and off
but i cant LOCK ITTTT

right now its off the bike completely

and it goes from on to off better when i push the key towards the top....

 

FIXED IT
took it off and used a torch to free it up!

 

put some paper towels under it and fill it with wd-40 and turn it like 50 times. i did it to mine that was sitting out side the prev. owners house while we spent an extended year vacation on the awsome beaches of iraq and alot of corrosion dripped out with the wd. works great since. ide say heating it expanded it enough to free it but it prob still has crap built up in it.
