Check the main fuse first it nothing else has juice, its more than likely the culprit.

 

I think your problem might be the famous pink wire. Did some quick research and here is what I found on another forum: "01-03 has a vehicle anti theft device in the ignition harness. If at any time the wire harness is tampered with the ignition will short out. To check this there is a pink wire going to the ignition and a diode on it if you turn the key on you should have 8-9 volts there if not it will not allow the ecm to power up fully so the fuel pump and coil packswill not recieve and power. but everything else will. It will turn over and all the funtions will work accept fuel and spark. It is a $60. part depending on your dealership and there mark up" Hope this helps.

 

SHES UP AND RUNNING!!!!! Thanks guys for all the help you gave me... Pulled the seat off, checked out the fuse....and that was the problem!!! Quick fix, and now shes running like a champ! Wires are all covered up and tucked back in, looks brand spanking new, after I give her a good cleaning I'll post up some pictures of the finished product....it was more of a pain n the *** then I thought it was going to b because of the way the wires were cut, more so on the ignition harness because the wires were cut so close to the ignition itself... Came out great tho! Good cleaning and she'll be better then ever!

Not really sure..I live right inbetween 805 and and 94 east I believe...new 2 the area..moved here from Long Island,NY about 4 months ago...so far I love it, I'm not in the nicest area, but my military housing complex itself is pretty price! Love it here....the surf was better in ny tho!
