A new problem arose last night, my reserve meter wont go away even after filling the gas tank. This thing is starting to get annoying :-\ anyone have any idea what it could be?

After you fill your tank the reserve lights will stay on my around a minute or so of driving, How far are you from the gas station?

So your rpm gauge goes to the red line and back when you turn the key and does nothing once you turn it on? Does it sit at 0 the whole time?

Answer to #1: I rode for about 20 minutes and all 4 bars were still blinking. The gas station I went to was about 13 miles away from home.

Answer to # 2: Yes the RPM meter will go up and down when putting in the key but will remain at 0 when the bike is running.

Anyone have the wire diagram from the speedometer? I think I'm going to trace all the wiring and what not because it looks like my wiring is bad.
