So disappointed can anyone help?
If you have a multimeter, with the fuse in place, check for voltage on both sides. If you don't have a multimeter, then swap it with one of the other 20A fuses in the block.
The pic was too blurry to see the inside of the fuse, but there should bea hill-shaped element in it, and it should be intact all the way across. (FYI - for closeup pix like that, put your camera into "Macro" mode - usually a flower button on the back, just make sure to take it out of macro before using it for normal pix)
Beyond that, There shows a 3 position connector at the fuel tank for the pump (Brown/Blue, Brown, and Green), the 10 pin connector you probably had disconnected when the back bulbs weren't working.
You could check for power across the Green and Brown wires at the tank - those would be the ones powering the pump.
OH - if you have an extra set of hands, while cranking, you could try tapping on the Fuel pump relay with a screwdriver. - Frequently the contacts inside of them can go bad and cause an intermittent or failed connection - tapping may get the pump to run, but only while cranking...
Check the voltages - figure out where the power is getting dropped - and post what you find!

Hi bud thanks for the reply I havn't gotten the flushmounts yet so I don't have them installed. The power commander is exactly the same as the webpage, flipped up the little rubber flap and it was right there. Im going to go try to swap one of the fuses for the 20A. Thx for the macro tip nvr knew that.
YeeHaw! - Now just get your PC back in line and you'll be set!

If I remember correctly when I put on my PCIII there was a little note in the instructions that there are two plugs that look alike. If I'm right it said be sure not to use one of them and described where it's located in relationship to the other. Do you have the instruction sheet that came with it.
From the FAQ area of Power Commander (don't know if this helps):
Problem: I installed a Power Commander on my Honda CBR600 F4i and it will not run
Solution: There are two sets of Gray connectors in the stock harness. You have most likely connected the Power Commander to the wrong set, and if you refer to the pictures in the installation guide, you can determine the correct set.
Applicable to 108-411
Problem: The bike will not start with the unit installed.
Solution: Verify where the injector connectors have been hooked up. There are two identical sets of connectors on this bike. There is a set next to the fuel rail and there is one set next to the shock under the seat and battery. If they are plugged in down by the shock, the unit will not work. The unit should be plugged into the set next to the fuel rail.
Applicable to 109-411

I thought it stated that somewhere in the directions.
Yay im so happy
Thanks again to everyone that helped out last night was pretty tramatic for me heh. Ya the PC was on there right, it started right up as soon as the bike was running, apparently it doesn't turn on inless the engine is running. Im on my lunch break now, I should have everything back together tonight and i'll take some pictures and stuff and post for sure. The second (wrong set) for the PC is right over the shock looks exactly the same.
