Its moving on great matey, once the weld is done use some of that gasket making compound to seal

Previous owner got a new cover and a new paper gasket for it so should be good to go. He also got a bag of new fairing fixings, bless him. I sent him a vid of it running and he's probably more pleased than I am.

It still looks exactly the same though.. Just a bit noisier. I'll have some more pics when the engine comes out or when the forks come back, but I have to do some proper work now for a bit.

I was worried the sticky throttle was going to be an expensive injection/rust issue, turns out it was rust under the twist grip. 10 minutes and its all sorted. I wish my Fazer was as easy to fix as this one is. So far.

Not the best paint in the word, but the best I've done, and the best on the bike by a mile..
